Mr. Dan Autiello.


Dan, as a 25-year executive at Marriott, Ritz Carlton, and Hyatt Vacation Clubs, led global Sales and Marketing teams across the USA, Europe, Mexico, and the Middle East. 


Dan is leading the expansion of   the ATDC business outside of Asia in order to dramatically scale the business.

End Game Solutions PTE LTD (EGS) is a Singapore-based company co-founded by

Ms. Maisarah Nila

and Mr. Eddie Lim.  


Nila and Eddie spent over a decade helping Marriott Vaction Club expand throughout Asia-Pacific and bring extensive experience in resort real estate marketing and call center operations.  


EGS actively manages Client and Contractor relationships for ATDC.

Megazone is a Hong Kong-based company co-founded by Ms. Florence Tsui

and Mr. Oliver Lee.  


After nearly 15 years working with Marriott Vacation Club in the Asia-Pacific region, both Florence and Oliver are specialists in resort real estate sales.


Megazone supports efforts to conduct marketing and sales in the ever evolving and complex markets of China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

The founder of creatif-media a Tokyo-based company, is

Ms. Madoka Masaka.


Madoka has over 25 years of experience in the hotel & timeshare industries having worked with Marriott, Hilton, and Disney.

  • Founder of Blue Atlas Ventures LLC, Atlas TDC LLC, Asia TDC PTE LTD, and VacationPlaces. 
  • Former CMO of Marriott Vacations Worldwide, overseeing brands such as Marriott Vacation Club and Ritz-Carlton Club.
  • 25-year tenure with Marriott Vacations, including 15 years leading Marketing & Sales for the Asia startup and expansion efforts.


Professional Journey:

Dom began his career with an entrepreneurial timeshare marketing sales company before joining Marriott.  He was instrumental in scaling their timeshare business into a billion-dollar operation, significantly reshaping the global Timeshare market.  Dom also worked for Hilton Grand Vacations where he led marketing and helped stabilize the company's financials and position it for future growth.


Later in his career while working for Marriott Vacation Club in Singapore, Dom managed the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the entire Asia Pacific Marketing & Sales operations, leading over 500 employees across the region. His efforts included launching and operating businesses in Thailand, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, India, China, and Indonesia. 


After leaving Marriott in 2019, Dom founded ATDC in Singapore, which he continues to operate while residing in Orlando, Florida. Current efforts include expanding the Singapore business into the US Markets and providing CMO services for various companies.


Leadership and Achievements:

  • Global Marketing Leadership: Pioneered global Vacation Club marketing, transforming industry perceptions and driving significant growth.
  • Team and Organizational Development: As Global Vice President for Marriott Vacation Club, led a senior leadership team that drove over $1 billion in annual sales and spearheaded the Asia expansion.
  • Innovations for Success: Developed transformative marketing strategies, e-commerce platforms, and CRM databases, opening new international markets and ensuring long-term business continuity.
  • Turning Obstacles into Opportunities: Successfully navigated the Global Financial Crisis, implementing complex business retooling efforts, product innovations, and compliance with governmental regulations, leading to the recovery and growth of the Asia business.
