In addition to hospitality resort real estate development, and marketing & sales, the experience of the ATDC team has provided learning & understanding about the complexities of conducting business in Asia-Pacific with regards to real estate development, legal, human resources, finance, tax and other key business disciplines.

Damiano Albanese

Mr. Damiano “Dom” Albanese is Founder & President of ATDC, a company focused on helping grow Timeshare and Resort Real Estate Businesses across the globe. 


Dom recently concluded his 12+ year tenure as Regional Vice President of Timeshare Marketing & Sales for Marriott Vacation Club Asia Pacific. He held direct Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility for the Asia Pacific timeshare marketing & sales effort while leading over 500 employees across 7 key Asia markets including Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, China & Australia. He also operated in India, Malaysia, South Korea, Taiwan, & Macau. 


Beyond marketing & sales, Dom has a keen understanding about the complexities of conducting business on a global basis with regards to real estate development, legal, human resources, finance, tax and other key business disciplines.


International Division Business Leader

From 2007 to 2019, as the senior business leader, Dom grew the Asia Pacific business to a 100m annual pace. During his tenure he also navigated the business through the 2008/2009 global financial crisis by carrying out various reorganizations and driving product innovations. 


Corporate Senior Executive

Prior to moving to the Asia-Pacific region, Dom was based in the US from 1996 to 2006 as global Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) & Vice President for Marriott Vacation Club where he was a key senior executive who helped Marriott International drive growth of the Timeshare business to over USD $1 Billion in annual sales. 


Front-line Marketing and Sales Experience

1986 to 1996 was a time where Dom was a key contributor to the front-line marketing and sales efforts for a variety of companies. He began his career in sales and progressed to various marketing leadership roles for non-branded independent real estate developers as well as international brands such as Marriott and Hilton.

End Game Solutions

End Game Solutions PTE LTD (EGS) is a Singapore-based company co-founded by Ms. Maisarah Nila and Mr. Eddie Lim.  EGS provides marketing and sales outsourcing management for a variety of companies.  The main focus of EGS is to provide daily operational support for Clients and Subcontractors engaged by ATDC for various North East Asia markets as well as the markets of Australia and India.  


Both Ms. Salleh and Mr. Lim bring extensive experience in resort real estate marketing and call center operations.  


Nila has 10 years of Hotel industry frontline service experience, 4 years in timeshare sales, and 15 years with Marriott Vacation club managing the Singapore Marketing department, and was also given the opportunity with MVCI to lead in 2017 opening of the marketing department in Bali. 


Eddie was a key leader for nearly 15 years with Marriott Vacation Club in the Asia-Pacific region.  He was particularly focused on expanding and enhancing the Referral marketing efforts as well as Member repurchase programs.

Megazone

Megazone is a Hong Kong-based company co-founded by Ms. Florence Tsui and Mr. Oliver Lee.  The Megazone team has tremendous timeshare sales experience wita particular focus on the markets of China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.   The main focus of Megzone is to provide daily operational support for Clients and Subcontractors engaged by ATDC for various North East Asia markets.  After nearly 15 years working with Marriott Vacation Club in the Asia-Pacific region, both Ms. Tsui and Mr. Lee bring extensive experience in resort real estate sales.

Ludy Gutierrez

Mr. Ludy Gutierrez, is a very experienced executive sales leader in the timeshare space. He has served in a variety of roles in Hawaii with Marriott Vacations for both the core Marriott Vacation Club brand and also their Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences brand. 

 
 

In 2008 Ludy was selected to lead the opening of the Japan market for Marriott Vacations. In Japan, both the Marriott Vacation Club and Ritz-Carlton Club products were offered. Ludy opened marketing, call center and sales offices in Tokyo and Nagoya and also ran Road Shows throughout Japan.

 
 

After navigating the Japan team through the Global Financial Crisis, Ludy expanded his focus to other parts of Asia where he was the defacto sales leader for the overall Asia region with particular focus on Singapore, Hong Kong and Thailand. He was also an integral part of the opening of Marriott offices in Australia and Indonesia.

 
 

Ludy currently resides in Tokyo, Japan and leads the Timeshare Sales Outsourcing & Business Planning efforts for ATDC Clients focused on Japan, South Korea and Northeast Asia including China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan.

Mary Lynn Clark

Mrs. Mary Lynn “ML” Clark is an accomplished, forward-thinking executive, with global experience in strategic planning, business development, change management, sales, marketing, service, brand management, product development, & e-Commerce.


ML was most recently been President of Wyndham Vacation Rentals, the largest professional manager of vacation rental properties in North America overseeing nearly 10,000 vacation rentals in the U.S. and Canada ranging from beachfront condos to slope-side lodges. By July of 2019, the turnaround efforts of ML resulted in Wyndham Destinations entering into a definitive agreement to sell the business to vacation rental management platform Vacasa for approximately $162 million.


Prior to Wyndham, ML held a 26-year tenure with Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW) and Marriott International (MI) where, as senior vice president of global product & customer development, she worked with the Timeshare brands of Ritz-Carlton Destination Club and Marriott Vacation Club International. 


ML also was based in Asia as Vice President responsible for MVW Service operations & simultaneously lead MVW Marketing and Sales for the Singapore office.


Before Singapore, ML served as the vice president leading MVW e-Commerce & global servicing for the Ritz-Carlton Destination Club and Marriott Vacation Club, for service operations in U.S., Europe, Middle East, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean.


ML began the first 5 years of her career in the Hotel business with Marriott International where she was a key player in the creation of the Courtyard Hotel brand which became one of the most successful Hotel brands for Marriott. 

Peter Watzka

Mr. Watzka is a highly accomplished & forward-thinking top executive and corporate officer with extensive experience in the hospitality, timeshare vacation ownership and resort real estate industries. He has proficiencies in strategic planning, product development, sales, marketing, brand management, and hospitality operations.
 

Mr. Watzka served as the founding CEO of UMUSIC Hotels - a partnership with Universal Music Group, the world leader in music-based entertainment, and Dakia Global Enterprise, an impact investment holding company to develop a new music-focused experiential Hospitality category.


Prior to this, Mr. Watzka served as Chief Customer Officer & Executive Vice President for Marriott Vacation Club International. He held responsibility for all customer contact processes, including marketing, sales, service, and resort operations. He also oversaw brand management, strategic alliances, customer relationship management, and product innovation. 


In this role, Mr. Watzka led a team of ten Vice Presidents and 10,000 associates as he managed a scope of responsibilities covering the U.S., Latin America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. His efforts created a business which generated $2 Billion in annual revenues and serviced 400,000 members for 4 Brands of the company: Marriott Vacation Club, Horizons by Marriott, Marriott Grand Residences and Ritz-Carlton Club.
